The lotto winner may claim the amount at the main branch of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The winner must be at least 18 years old which is a vital requirement not only in claiming a prize but in joining the lotto games legally operated by PCSO.
