4D Lotto is exclusive for players in Luzon Region only. To join this game, a player can buy the ticket for 12 Pesos at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. The price includes the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST). 4D Lotto has a Minimum Guaranteed Amount (MGA) of 10,000 pesos. 800 pesos will be given to the player who can get the last 3 of 4 numbers and 100 pesos to the player who will get the last 2 of four numbers.
The player will choose 4 numbers from 0000 to 9999 and mark the numbers down in the four-column play slip. A number combination from the machine or the Lucky Pick (LP) can be an option also. Players also have the option to play the straight play or PERM with different sets of selections and bet costs.

Players can claim the prizes at an authorized PCSO outlet near them for the prize worth Php 20.00 up to Php 10,000.00. For the Php 10,000.00 up to Php 300,000.00, the winner can claim this at PCSO Branch near them. The Jackpot Prize is being claimed at the PCSO Main Office located at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Prizes in the amount of 10,000 pesos and above are taxable (20%) pursuant to TRAIN law.
Reminder
Counterfeited or tampered tickets will not be honored by the PCSO, so make sure to present the winning tickets without questionable marks. The agency also makes prior announcements if the draw will be suspended days before the scheduled draw date.
